Privacy

Plain language, because you should know exactly what happens with what you tell us.

What we collect

• Your website address and what you tell us about it. We use these to run your check.
• Public information from your website and from websites that AI recommends instead of you. We read pages like any visitor would, and we follow robots.txt for other people's sites.
• Your email address, only if you give it, to send your report and reply to you.
• A scrambled version of your IP address to stop abuse. We don't store the address itself.

How we use it

• To produce your report and recommend a next step.
• Parts of your request and your site's public text are sent to AI providers (Alibaba Cloud Qwen, Anthropic, or OpenAI) to analyse them.
• If a person needs to review your request, the Web321 team sees what you typed and your report.
• We only send marketing emails if you tick the optional box, and every one has an unsubscribe link.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, or for us to delete it, at any time. Email contact@web321.co or call (844) 493-2321. We follow Canada's PIPEDA and British Columbia's PIPA.
